Transition to Kindergarten is a FREE program for children who are four years old by Aug. 31st, who have a need determined by assessment, and those who do not have access to early learning experiences prior to Kindergarten.

Welcome to Roosevelt Elementry School

Roosevelt, formerly Roosevelt Middle School, opened as an elementary school in September 2007. Located on the eastern side of Port Angeles, it is the largest elementary school and houses transitional kindergarten through sixth grade classrooms, as well as special education classrooms, and a developmental preschool program. Roosevelt’s approach to student achievement is caring and nurturing, yet data-driven with a problem-solving “No Excuses” foundation.
